Commercial Flooring Services
D&R offers the highest quality commercial installation of a variety of surface materials in all sectors: corporate, healthcare, education, hospitality, etc. On average, D&R’s full-time installers have a tenure of 15+ years. They are trained and certified by Certified Installer Associate (CFI) as well as other organizations in the flooring industry. We are also approved by the State of Ohio as a drug-free workplace.
Soft Surface Goods
We offer installation of a variety of soft surface materials – among the more popular, carpet tile & broadloom. We can help guide you with which option is right for your space based on waste and application.
Standard Resilient
Includes a variety of materials that provide ease of cleanability, durability, flexibility and affordability. LVT and be easily maintained and create a wide variety of visuals: wood, stone, textural, etc.
Specialty Resilient (Sports Floor & HealthCare)
We have experienced installers that can handle any specialty flooring application including: medical sheet vinyl and sports floors where attention to detail work is key to long-term performance.
Tile Work
We can install any hard surface tile materials for floors and walls from the most intricate custom mosaics to large format tile. We use the industries best setting materials and current installation methods. Tile can be great for applications where a very durable product is needed.
Extensive Floor Prep
We have the resources and knowledge for even your most challenging floor prep scenario. Using the correct flooring prep materials can make or break the final finished flooring install. We use the best products in the industry with expert knowledge on how to treat each situation.
RH Testing & Mitigation
Sometimes moisture is an issue in new and existing subfloors and can affect the finished floor long-term. We have the resources for testing and mitigation that can alleviate the concern for future problems with the installed floor. We test to determine the best way to get rid of the moisture and use the correct product to mitigate. We’ll then recommend the best surface materials for the application.
