We provide turn-key service including consultation, product selection & budgeting, project management, demo, furniture move & installation.
STEP 1 - Contact
We will make initial contact with you and your team to introduce ourselves through an initial phone review or in-person meeting to determine next steps.
STEP 2 - Establish Scope
This will help us determine best product suited to the installation and give us the information we need for proper project planning. We will address any existing flooring concerns, moisture issues, etc to help make for the best final installation.
STEP 3 - Budgeting
We can set an initial budget expectation or work within your parameters to refine selections to fit your budget. We work with our manufacturer partners to provide the most competitive pricing to meet your needs.
STEP 4 - Selections
We can provide recommendations and typically review materials using product binders. We will then further refine those selections with full size samples so you have a clear visual of what you can expect once the product is installed. We can also provide detailed pattern layouts & 3-D imaging.
STEP 5 - Execution
Our project management team will coordinate with you on planning, installation scheduling and expectation for the upcoming install.
STEP 6 - Pre-Install
We will set expectations for the upcoming install so the process is seamless including how to “Pack up” for furniture move, what to expect on installation day and anticipated timeframe for phasing.
STEP 7 - Install
Our experienced installation team will work with your onsite contact to coordinate phasing etc to make sure there is as little impact as possible.
STEP 8 - Follow-Up
We’ll follow-up on all punch list items as well as make sure you are 100% satisfied with the installation.
